






Utilising topology optimisation I achieved an excellent strength-to-weight ratio for the drone chassis. In doing so, I reduced the weight of the prototype, increasing the drone's flight time. After refining the design, I 3D printed the chassis and made a working prototype with functioning propellers.





Again, utilising Fusion 360 to create a reference CAD model, which I then imported into Procreate for refinement. This process allowed me to fine-tune the design, ensuring the drone controller was both ergonomic and intuitive. By iterating in AI, I was able to develop a finalised, production-ready form.
